Bot_Family 3D Printer is a product using FDM technology, it looks simple and novel, structurally
compact, strong and durable. Internal structure are high-precision stamping die metal sheet, Casing formed by High-precision plastic injection
molding. guarantee the components motion system stability and reliability.
Features introduction:
1) Print
Head :
A. Unique Print
Head design, motor transparent fixed plate make threading
much intuitively and convenient.
B. Dual-fan cooling
system to avoid nozzle overheating which
cause material tube breakage.
C. Adjustable feeding components allow to tune the
material input volume.
D. All plastic components are
formed by molding which performed much accuracy, stability and durability.
2) Nozzle :
A. Peek insulated pipe
provide better heat isolation between heating block and fixed plate.
B. Nozzle output Φ0.4mm produce high accuracy.
C. 18x16x10mm heating block which produce rapid heating to
enhance stability for wide printing space .
D. Hexagon screw
holes much convenient for material
penetrating.
3) Motor:
LN high precision motor driving high precision
ballscrew, each step accuracy are 0.01mm with Linear guide rail optimizing stable
transmission for plateform.
4) Guide
rail:
Dual axis oriented make print head stable without
vibration which guarantee the printing precision. Guide rail surface finished
within 0.2µm.
5) Platform:
A. Platform hosting
by stamping die solid structure to ensure the transmission without vibration.
B. Gap between Platform and Nozzle adjustable
by manual adjusting nut without any tooling.
C. High precision aluminum
platform ensured the tolerance accuracy within 0.04mm.
6) Radiating fan:
Power on the cooling fan when
temperature is too high, the deodorant
cotton will be an odor absorption.
7) Main
board:
A. Equipped with high-precision digital potentiometer, can precisely adjusted the motor current with current limitation to
prevent dead-locking.
B. LittleFuse OMNI Block 保险丝。mainly circuit have fuse protection, mainboard adopted by
imported LittleFuse OMNI Block.
C. Each motor driver chip with an independent step and
direction control port to ensure both works simultaneously.
8) Bush:
Equipped with IGUS high strength wear-resistant
Self-lubrication bush, long lasting, maintenance-free,
Smoother motion and quietly.
9) Towline:
Equipped with IGUS mute towline, Lubrication
free, maintenance-free, long lasting. Meanwhile has better acoustics,
greatly reduced noise during printing.
10) Display
screen:
A. Can operate directly on motherboard SD card port to prevent long
distance data transferring error.
B. The display firmware can be upgrade
direct through motherboard, convenient for continued upgrading optimization.
C. Offline direct operating each axis motor motion to facilitating Platform calibration.
D. Printable files display direct on careen, select job file accordingly by offline printing.
E. Two language format selection, either
Chinese or English.
